To\u010dnije, kroz superviziju, supervizant mo\u017ee dobiti podr\u0161ku i utjecati na regulaciju pokrenutu radom s klijentom; obrazovno vodstvo, izgradnju vje\u0161tina i upoznavanje s novim tehnikama za kori\u0161tenje u sesijama s klijentima; te vodstvo i nadzor rada uskla\u0111en s eti\u010dkim na\u010delima. U takvim slu\u010dajevima, uz emocionalnu podr\u0161ku i \u010desto normalizaciju straha i preoptere\u0107enosti, supervizor mo\u017ee ponuditi svoju perspektivu procesa koriste\u0107i teorijsku osnovu, poma\u017eu\u0107i supervizantu u integraciji teorije s praksom. <\/p>\n<p>Kako supervizant raste kao stru\u010dnjak, razvija se supervizijski odnos. Sli\u010dno odnosu psihoterapeut-klijent, koji zahtijeva vrijeme za stvaranje osje\u0107aja sigurnosti i povjerenja, supervizor mo\u017ee potaknuti supervizanta da obrati pozornost na transferne reakcije koje se javljaju u psihoterapijskom procesu.<\/p>\n<p>Dodatne teme supervizije koje se mogu pojaviti na temelju tema koje donosi supervizant ili postavljenih pitanja mogu se odnositi na terapeutove protutransferne reakcije paralelne s procesima u odnosu supervizor-supervizant, a supervizor mo\u017ee koristiti vlastiti proces i protutransferne reakcije kako bi istra\u017eio pitanje\/temu supervizanta.<\/p>\n<p>Sedma tema je utjecaj konteksta na superviziju i proces supervizije. Kontekst mo\u017ee odra\u017eavati trenutne ili pro\u0161le utjecaje, poput utjecaja poslovne organizacije ili regulatornog tijela ili \u017eivotnih okolnosti koje utje\u010du na supervizanta\/supervizora i njegov rad. <\/p>\n<p>Podru\u010dja potencijalnih tema za istra\u017eivanje u superviziji u skladu su s modelom supervizije sa 7 o\u010diju koji su opisali Hawkins i Shohet (2012.). Supervizija sa 7 o\u010diju je procesno orijentiran, relacijski i sistemski model supervizije koji se usredoto\u010duje na odnose izme\u0111u klijenta, terapeuta i supervizora, kao i na kontekst u kojem rade i \u017eive. Tako\u0111er razmatra kako ti odnosi utje\u010du jedni na druge i kako se elementi pona\u0161aju jedni u odnosu na druge, uzimaju\u0107i u obzir kontekst koji utje\u010de na sve te odnose. Uz podr\u0161ku supervizora, one se mogu identificirati i iskoristiti kao prilike za u\u010denje koje unapre\u0111uju psihoterapijski proces.
