In this Security and Privacy Statement, we explain what data we collect, how we process it, how we use and store it, and our commitments.

We commit to respecting the privacy of our users and clients. We are aware that we can only collect the personal data of our service users if they voluntarily provide it. We also commit to using the data exclusively for a better understanding of our user’s individual needs and requests and to develop the possibilities of providing all our services at the highest quality. Moreover, we commit to using our users’ personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently while protecting the security of the same data from unauthorized or illegal processing. We ensure that the data mentioned will not be made available to any third party without the explicit consent of our users. We also emphasize that we are authorized to provide user data to government authorities upon request, regardless of the provisions in this Security and Privacy Statement.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data refers to data that identifies you (such as name, gender, address, email, or postal address). Centar Proventus d.o.o. does not collect your personal data unless you have explicitly made it available to us (e.g., subscribing to our newsletter, signing contracts at the beginning of our service use – therapy, education, filling out application forms for education or for other reasons), by which you consent or give explicit permission for their use for the purposes mentioned below.

Use and Disclosure or Transfer of Personal Data

Centar Proventus d.o.o. will use your personal data only for the purpose of providing our services (counseling, education, publications) in the best possible quality, for making legally correct invoices, and for delivering general and individualized offers, to provide you access to additional information and for communication with you as our users and clients.

How We Collect Personal Data of Our Users and the Purpose of It

We may collect, process, and use our user’s data in the following situations:

(a) through subscription to our newsletter;

(b) data obtained when users contact us through contact forms, email addresses, or phone calls for our services;

(c) personal visits of users to the Centar Proventus d.o.o. for using our services;

(d) when issuing legally correct transactional invoices to our service users;

(e) when filling out application forms for education and completing and signing contracts between clients – users and Centar Proventus d.o.o. before the commencement of some of our services, and

(f) when filling out evaluation questionnaires after the completion of our education or workshops.

Newsletter

If you have given explicit consent to receive the newsletter, we will continue to send it to you. The data you provided to subscribe to the newsletter will be used only for sending the newsletter. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so at any time via the unsubscribe option at info@adtraininginstitute.com. In case you unsubscribe, we will delete your personal data collected for this purpose from our database.

User Rights and Data Retention

The user decides which data about themselves they make available to Centar Proventus d.o.o. In case of any change in your personal data, please inform us at the email info@adtraininginstitute.com so we can correct or update your personal data.

We inform you that you have the right to withdraw the given consent at any time, in whole or in part, by notifying us in written or electronic form at info@adtraininginstitute.com. In addition to the right to withdraw consent, users, following applicable data protection regulations, have the right to access and confirmation from Centar Proventus d.o.o. regarding personal data, the right to correction, the right to deletion, and the right to objection. Users also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

Centar Proventus d.o.o. will store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed. Exceptionally, personal data can be kept for longer periods, but only if it will be processed exclusively for the purposes of the health condition of our service users.

Centar Proventus d.o.o. will use personal data only for the time necessary to achieve a specific purpose unless the General Data Protection Regulation and/or specific Croatian or EU regulations stipulate a more extended period. Upon the expiry of the said period, Centar Proventus d.o.o. will delete personal data.
